We booked a deluxe apartment here, and it had amazing facilities! the staff were super helpful, which was definitely a bonus. 👍.

The room was well-equipped & new-fashioned, and the bathrooms were nice. It had a marvellous location close enough to a great cafe and the grocery store. I randomly popped in Carafe Coffee Roasters serving some pastries, located at a medium distance from the hotel, it was nice.

i stayed here before, always well-equipped and huge rooms with nice bathrooms. a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a cooktop were a big plus.

I really liked the modern and spacious room I stayed in. It had shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets available, which was great. the bathroom was a nice size, and the bed was super comfortable. 😊.

The location was marvellous and exceptionally nice, not very far from an enormous mosque. The hotel was in a good area, not far from city centre, and with great views of the blue domed Presidential Palace.

the location of the hotel was comfy and best possible, within a close distance from the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation. the staff provided excellent service and helped with everything.

The setting is great and exceptionally nice, a short walk to Astana Palace of the Arts and the center of Astana. the staff is pleasant and very nice. - the rooms are well-equipped, modern, and come with closet space, a living room, and Netflix.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions. The service was top-notch, with housekeeping and grocery shopping services available, as well as an airport shuttle at a reasonable cost. The rooms were well-maintained and had all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning.

If you're traveling with your family, I'd highly recommend this place - it has a children's play area and non-smoking rooms available.
